With its sophisticated system of springs, straps and pulleys, more than 100 exercises can be performed on this versatile apparatus! It has a gliding platform which allows one to sit, kneel, stand or lie on their front, back or side during their practice. The user pushes and pulls off the foot bar or ropes using the arms, legs, wrists and ankles to slide back and forth along the rails in a controlled manner while the tension in the springs gently works the muscles. Reformer work aims to build control, coordination and
strength throughout the body. It promotes flexibility and is a safe way to explore various postures and movements at any stage of the rehabilitation process.
